I suddenly started getting the strangest error message from PrintMonitor
when trying to print documents from TypeStyler in the background. The
message it gives is:

	PrintMonitor has found that "Unknown" from "Unknown"
	is damaged and cannot be printed.

Other times is gives me a "Print error: -42" message. However, it
alsways seems to do fine in non-background mode.

Anyone seen this one before? Any fix for it? Apple, you listening?
