Macs use standard MIDI files, just like everybody else. You might be able to
get a copy of the spec from Opcode, who sent me mine.

THINK C comes with an MPW .o converter. I believe it also implements an
INLINE directive to handle those funky hex constants (boy, was I annoyed
when I discovered that it wasn't C++ style inline functions.)
