As usual the problem was staring me right in the face (As well as
being in the docs)...You need to select "Open" under the File menu of the 
LSC debugger (not the control panel like I was doing)...Oh well, at least I 
found it instead of somebody else calling me an idiot...

I would still like to see any cdev PD code if any...
