I am in need of a backup program that meets the following specificatoins:

 * Runs over an Appleshare network
 * Can be run from a remote connection
 * May be set for timed backup processes (i.e. 2a.m. unattended backups)
 * Keeps priviledges 
 * May make backups to tape or disk

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
