Do you know how to get stuff via "anonymous ftp?"  If you do, a good
place to get all the programs (or at least most of the programs) you
mentioned is at the anonymous ftp site:

sumex.stanford.edu

If you need help with anonymous ftp's, write to me directly and I'll
give you a hand.
