Would someone e-mail me the address of any and all sites that maintain
eletronic versions of famous books, articles, etc. For example, does some
archive site have _The_Red_Badge_of_Courage_ in electronic form? If so, I would
like to contact this site (regular mail or electronic mail address).

I have heard of something called The Oxford Text Archives in the UK.

By the way, _The_Red_Badge_of_Courage_ is one of my favorite books.
