Does anyone have a program that can convert a .dvi file into a raw
0/1 raster file, given a specification of the number of dots per
inch?

I found a program called DVIRAS which turned out to be to create Sun
raster file format.  It also uses lots of the Sun library which I do
not have, so that program is useless.
