This is probably not the right news group to put it. But I don't know
who else to ask. Can someone out there tell a CS graduate student where 
he can apply financial aids to cover expanses to participate CS theory 
conferences in or out the States with or without an accepted paper? 
From professional organizations or others? Thanks!
