Does anyone know how to turn on the (application) keypad mode for the
commandshell windows under AUX 2.0?  The default TERM setting is mac2cs,
which is a vt100 emulation according to the termcap entry.  I tried the
init sequences for both vt100 and
mac2 (\e=).  None worked.
