Thanks to Greg Maples!

The reason for the delay is UNDER MY .PROFILE FILE I WAS DOING A TSET -A,
hence the system was waiting for my input!

I got rid of the -A option to tset and IT WORKS! No Delay!

... funny how the simple things getcha!
