A small problem with mail on AIX 3.1.  InfoExplorer and the man page both
say (and tradition holds) that ~v while composing a message puts you in vi
while ~e puts you in ed.  On the system I'm using (9021), ~e puts you in
INed and ~v gives an error message about a non-existent file or directory.
What gives?
