We have an X25 connection to our PACnet our national packet switching network. We have a couple of processes that we wrote to handle SMTP over X25 which is used for both in/out to VMS hosts running PMDF but I have been asked to do something similiar for VMS sites that only run PSI mail. My questions are; How is the PSI mail interface selected on incoming calls, by an X25 subaddress or the User Data Field. What mail protocol does one use, where can I get a description of it. Has anyone already done something like this, I don't want to redesign the wheel. -- Glen Eustace, Software Manager, Computer Centre, Massey University, Palmerston North, New Zealand.
