Like the subject says:  how do you make an icon a button?
I've got the SDK but I can't figure out how to do it.

Do I need to create an Owner-Draw button and handle all the WM_DRAWITEMs
myself?  Windows Help and the recent hDC products obviously came up with
a solution -- how did they do it?
