It is probably not the best place for the question which is only
related to MS Windows.

I have ATI Wonder card. When I run it in 800x600x16 mode, the screen 
is much smaller than in other modes. I like 800x600 on my 14", since
VGA is too crowdy, and 1024x768 is too slow (and small too).

Once I received Technical Note No.035 from ATI, in which they
described a hidden feature of VSETUP. Unfortunately, I lost the
second page which was the most important.

Does anybody remember how to use the feature? It allowed to adjust
the size of a screen in the 132-column, 800x600 and 1024x768 modes.

I tried to contact technical support at ATI, but the phone is always
busy.
