I believe that there is a set of PD scalable fonts (vector/stroke fonts) for
MS-Windows.  This set includes Gothic (Old English) and Cyrillic (Russian) as
well as new Roman, Script and Symbol type faces.  I believe that they are
written by Bill ????.  If someone has them and they are really public domain
could they please contact me.

I need the cyrillic font pretty urgently.
