 I am trying to build xgdb on a SS1 running 4.0.3. X11R4 thru patch 11.
 The link fails looking for XawAsciiSinkCreate. In AsciiSink.h there is
 a define and extern for this routine. But I cant find it in the source
 tree or libraries. 
 Will someone please point me to this routine.
