	What is the story with using the X widget library that
	comes with DecWindows?
	
	An application which we wish to develop will require the Athena
	widget set on VMS.

	Question 1:  On what version of X11 is the DecWindows stuff
		     based?

	Question 2:  Has someone ported the Xaw libraries from 
		     the X11R[3|4] distribution to VMS?  If not,
		     is this feasible?

	Question 3:  Is there another approach?  E.g., is there
		     something under DecWindows that gets us the
		     identical Athena widget functionality or a product
		     in the marketplace that provides this?
