Yes. Trevor Porter (I think..) ported them and put the distribution in
DECUS. You could probably post in comp.os.vms to ask if it's available
via other means.

It's not likely - given that it took all of two days work to port the Athena
widgets to VMS, why write your own? Of course, the alternative is to port
to the XUI or Motif widget sets - Motif would give you the widest range of
platforms.
