Motif Resource Interpreter or Athena Resource Interpreter, available on comp.sources.x or from David Smyth (david@devvax.jpl.nasa.gov). The "script file" is the Xrm resource file; it doesn't need to generate C because all the C needed to create the widgets is supplied in X/Xt/wcl.
