I'm playing around with colour in a Motif environment right now.  I was
wondering -- can't seem to find this anywhere -- if there are any kind of
colour guarantees on a Motif system?  That is, if you're running on a 
colour system with at least 3 bitplanes, does MWM guarantee the presence 
of some form of red, green and blue colours?  Can we assume anything?  Is
there any way to customize MWM so that the colourmap it uses always includes
these colours?
