for all the kind hearted souls who pointed out that having 34 choices on a 
menu was absolutely atrocious . . . i agree . . . i didn't create the list, i
just have to find a way to implement it!  (leave it to the government to
have too many choices for something . . .)


I have followed the suggestions to create a set of cascading menus (a co-worker
and i spent about an hour generating an arbitrary hierarchy for the choices,
i certainly hope the government workers who will use this system don't mind
: )  )


FYI: information from a response by one of the folks at OSF mentions that
scrollable menus are on the wishlist . . .
