I have four sign reference books, and Joy is still my preferred source. The feature I like most about it is that it gives the origin of the sign, which can act as a mnemonic (gee, how does that sign go? oh yeah, to indicate thus-and-so) for concepts you might not use as often. I'm looking towards some courses again myself... all the "bastardized" sign I tend to deal with has been warping my perception (receptively).
