Phil,
     Well, this is OUTRAGEOUS!  I happen to know blind people who are
much more responsible than many of the people walking around with
rifles, and who are probably better shots as well!  Why, I bet a lot of
those hunters are drinking beer as they stalk their prey, and couldn't
tell a buck from a buckeroo by the time they get a shot off!

This is obviously not a safety issue, but a blatant act of
discrimination against us as an easily identifiable group!  I say we
organize and demand equal access to hunting licenses!  Not wanting us
out in the woods with equal opportunity to shoot each other is a
travesty!
