i'm looking for a recipe for an indian dish called "mali kafta", or something
like that.  it's like a vegetable meatball with a medium thick, creamy,
sauce.  i have a recipe for the meat version (made with veal, i think) in
my indian cookbook (Madhur Jaffrey's) but i can't figure out how to make
it with vegetables/beans/whatever instead.  if someone has some other indian 
recipes hanging around, i'd appreciate those too (especially for different 
types of dahl).  i've recently moved away from all of my indian friends,
so my flow of new recipes has dwindled!
