I am looking for sources for 256kx1 DRAM's:

	16-pin, page mode access, 200ns or better

These are for an Apple Expansion Memory Card.
My company (Motorola) used to sell them but
they have been phased out so I am assuming
that they will be fairly cheap from someone out there.
As I remember, I have seen them for less than $2
apiece in the back of some magazines.
