I've heard that there are plans or kits available for little boxes
that drown out noise like dogs barking, lawnmowers, noisy stereos, etc
while you are trying to sleep. I know that you can buy the actual
boxes but they cost about $90.00. It seems to me that there should be
plans or kits to build them for a fraction of the cost. If anyone can
point me in the right direction, I'd be very grateful. Thanks in
advance.
