Hi netland:
There are commercially available machines/appliances/devices that will drown
out obnoxious sounds like dogs barking, loud cars, lawnmowers, etc.
They are designed to help make sleeping easier and more restful.
Typically what I've seen are sounds of waterfalls or surf. The prices
that I have seen have been $89 and up which I find ridiculous. I would
think that plans are available to make such a contraption for under
$20. Someone said that there was a published schematic in some
electronics magazine but couldn't tell me which one or when. Has
anyone seen plans or kits? Thanks in advance.
