	Thanks for all the commentary related to my posting.  Please note
that I *did* say at the end of the post that I was winging this (sorry
about the pun) from memory without the benefit of books.  Bill has asked
for someone to post a decent master list so perhaps rather than shooting
holes in my memory, it would be well to do just that.  I just saw one go
by that seemed fairly definative with only a few points that could be
debated (doggone it what was his name.....Joe Baugher), perhaps that could
be used as the base list.
