We have been trying to transiently transfect AtT-20 cells with a
glucocorticoid-regulated reporter gene.  RSV-CAT works well but MMTV-CAT and
alpha-224-CAT (Pam Mellon's glycoprotien hormone vector) are expressed at very
low levels.  Any suggestions for a glucocorticoid-regulated reporter?
