There is this postscript printer that was bought so that major applications could print to it in postscript. However when ever one wants to print a simple text file( a program, a log file, etc) one has to import it into something like WordPerfect(slow) to print it, Or one has to turn off the printer, pull out the PostScript cartridge, and turn it on again before one can print it out as a dos file through the PCL mode of the printer. What would be nice is a program that will take as input a text file and send postscript as output. It would be really nice if one could use this program within a pipe. Any ideas? Patrick Champion
