I hate to be the one to tell you, but you can't get there from here.

(SQL*PLUS and SQL*FORMS don't support the LONG data type in any meaningful
way.  You'd have to use HLI/OCI or Pro*C.)

There are some add on products for this kind of thing, but I doubt it'd
be worth it on the PC version (but someone else may think otherwise, so...)
