   Anyone have any experiences negotiating with Gupta Tech.
concerning OEM quantities of their SQLBase and SQLWindows products?
Its been like pulling teeth trying to get a 100 quantity quote from
them for the OS/2 runtime versions of SQLWindows & SQLBase. Finally
I get a proposal back and they want 100% cash upfront at the
signing of an agreement for a 10% discount. And this for a Beta 
copy of SQLWindows with no planned release date.
   Does anyone know what it takes to get their attention and get
reasonable responses from them ? The product looks like it would be
great for our application - great PM support. I just need to
get past the sales folks hassles or go on to selecting some other
vendor.
