Has anybody out there created a Communication's Long Range Plan for their
institution?  I have recently gotten involved in our companies Network Future's
group, whose primary charter is to come up with a CLRP.  The idea is to predict  what direction we should be going for the 1-5 year time frame.  An emphasis is
being placed for the 2-3 year time frame.

Unfortunatly, I am asking for a one-way feed.  Our CLRP will undoubtedly be
stamped "Company Confidential" preventing me from reciprocating.  Anyhow, if
you could help, I would appreciate it.
