The Bundespost in their *infinite* wisdom (dripping sarcasm off), decided to rewrite the software for the TB. They broke a lot of things rather badly. Most people I know reckon that if you have an official one, bin it, and buy a US or UK TB and run it illegally. Maybe things have changed, but I've seen problems between a US 2500 and a German 1000. I seem to remember that calls worked OK one way but not the other. One thing you could try is to enable compensation for the echo cancellers - it's something like S111=1 (or around that area). Sorry to be the harbinger of doom but I hate it when stupid PTTs with a nice monopoly break something that worked brilliantly for no good reason.
