Right now I have several routers doing IP, Novell and hopefully AppleTalk. The problem is that the Cisco thinks it's sourcing RTMP packets, but my Sun's "etherfind -x -apple" is showing the RTMP packets being sourced with DDP packet type 2, which is AppleTalk's Name Binding Protocol. Because of this, the Cisco is able to see other Macs and my GatorBox, but none of them can see the Cisco. The Gator can see the Cisco, but that's it. My question is, are there people out there doing AppleTalk routing with the AGS/2, and did you encounter any problems? I have friends running AppleTalk with the Cisco, but they're bridging, rather than routing. Thanks in advance. ================================ Address =============================== Richard Linton, Information Systems Manager Teknekron Communications Systems 415/649-3875 2121 Allston Way, Berkeley, CA 94704 uucp : uunet!tcs!rlinton or rlinton@tcs.com internet: "some day over the rainbow..."
