I have tried to compile nihcl 3.0 with g++.  I turned on MI and
NESTED_TYPES.  Still, the files in NIHCL/lib are looking for iomanip.h
which g++ doesn't seem to have, and other problems.  Should I try an
older version of nihcl?  Did anyone try what I am doing?
