I've been following the discussion from students having problems
getting educational pricing for Turbo C++. I've included below the
information that should everyone understand our products, pricing
and policies. There are scholar pricing programs for all Borland
products.

Borland Educational Sales Information


Scholar Program
---------------

Scholar program prices are available to accredited educational
institutions in the US and Canada who qualify under the terms of
the Borland Scholar Program. You are eligible if you're a faculty
or staff member of an accredited high school or college and you
plan to use Borland software as part of your professional
responsibilities on campus. Instructors and staff can order for
themselves and their students by sending us a letter on
departmental letterhead.

The mechanics of ordering products: (1) a teacher or staff member
can order products direct from borland, (2) teacher can work
through the college bookstore to order product for sale to
students, (3) teacher can request coupons from borland and leave
it to the students to buy the product directly from borland
(there is no practical limit to the # of coupons a teacher can
request). Students cannot directly get these coupons, have your
teacher order then from Borland.
