There will be a third Fortran Implementation Symposium held in Bellevue, WA.
from Thursday September 20 through Saturday September 22.

The agenda will revolve around remaining Fortran 90 implementation details,
defining implementation-dependent constants like KIND=, which Fortran 90 
features to implement first, and new design issues like conditional 
compilation models and compiler directives.

1-800-235-4458 if you mention "Microsoft Implementation Symposium".  Meetings
will be held nearby on Thursday from 12-5 and Friday from 8-5, and on
Saturday from 8-12 if necessary.
