I am trying to get in touch with Hans Boehm, one of the authors of
Russell.  I've tried the address given in the Russell distribution notes
(boehm@rice.edu), and have received no reply (our mail server has been a
little dodgy recently though).

Does anyone know his current address, or the address of anyone else
involved in Russell's development?  Is the language still a "going
thing"?
