Well,
 you can get the BGI drivers for VGA 320x200 w/256 colors, they are in SI
MTEL, check out Borland directory.

There is a toolbox for writing BGI drivers, but takes some time to
do that. Has anybody written drivers for extended VGA modes (640x480x256,
800x600x16, 1024x768x16) for popular chipsets (Paradise, Trident, VGA Won
der e.t.c). If you know where I could find some, please drop me a line
cause I really need them.
