We have four Microlaser/PS printers - they work fine.  
My only gripe is the documentation (lack of).

I am told that you can switch from HP to PostScript and back
by sending the correct escape codes.  This would be great for
us as I could then hack the lp scripts to do this on the
fly.

However the codes are not documented !  If anybody knows how
to do this please let me know.  In return I will write an lp
script to do it automagicaly and post it to the net.
