OK, except third parties don't support AMDs newest chips AMD used to give away source for PALASM; they don't do that anymore so they obviously think there's something in it for them! Also, they no longer publish the information you need to create fuse maps or build a programmer (can't say I would want to do the latter!) Anyway the agents here charged us A$150 for it which presumably covers the cost of the media and the manual.
