smail/PC's beta-test period has been going on for several months now, and
I've received only one bug report.  Although I'm confident about smail/PC's
stability, I refuse to believe that it's _that_ bug-free!  :-)

In other words, if you have had _any_ problems whatsoever with smail/PC,
please tell me by e-mail to sct@seldon.clv.oh.us.  If I don't get anything
too major bug-wise, I'll bump up the version number to a full 1.0 in about
two weeks.
