I am posting this for a co-worker without net access:


When running an Epson EPL-6000 through a Gandalf 2000 Mux, no data
arrives at the printer.  When we hook up the printer directly to the
serial port on the computer, it works fine.

I tried a breakout box with no luck.

Is there a special pin configuration required or do we need a special
interface or other hardware.
