Inside Appletalk describes in chapter 11, the AppleTalk Session
Protocol, Section ``Maintaining the session'', the ASP attention pakket.

Apparently it needs a two byte attention code which value is supposed
to be non-zero.  Is there anywhere documentented which of the
remaining 65535 different possibilities are useful and what they
do?

I waded through various volumes of inside macintosh but I don't
seem to be able to find a description of this attention code.
