Apparently it needs a two byte attention code which value is supposed to be non-zero. Is there anywhere documentented which of the remaining 65535 different possibilities are useful and what they do? I waded through various volumes of inside macintosh but I don't seem to be able to find a description of this attention code. jaap (jaap@mtxinu.com) [I tried to ask this before, but then our spool/news ran out of inodes, and I'm not sure whether it actually got out. Apologies in case it did and you see this question for the second time.]
