The August 6 issue of Communications Week reports that a group of vendors,
including Wollongong, Touch, and Marben haved formed a consortium to 
develop OSI ACSE and ROSE programming interface standards.  Does anyone
know if this new group intends to use OSI API developments by other projects
including:

(a) MAP/TOP 3.0 (Reported in ACM SIGCOMM CCR July, 1989)
(b) ISODE
(c) BSD 4.4

Also, does this consortium have a name yet?
