I have two general questions on routing capability and routing policy of
(real) ADMDs out there.

(a) Would an ADMD route to an MTA, which could be located in the same
country or outside, using the triplet <Country, ADMD, PRMD> even the
Country/ADMD is different from its own.

(b) Would it route to the MTA which is located in a different country
but can accept messages addressed to /C=CountryOfADMD/ADMD=ADMDinQuestion?

The scenario is very real in terms of an international company
wanting to have only a single X.400 gateway connecting to ADMDs in more
than one country (eg, traffic does not justify cost for each machine in
each country). I understand that CCITT Blue Book might not allow it
policy-wise, but technically it's not difficult and ISO version of
X.400 (MOTIS) do have the provision of allowing a PRMD connecting to
ADMDs in different countries.

If you have dealt with ADMDs and have knowledge and information on
the question, please share.  Is there ADMD people out there in the net
that have the info?
