  As for link up/downs going on every few seconds, we haven't had
  experience with that sort of situation, but in the case of a link
  that flaps every couple of minutes, that seems to work fine.

Milo .. wish we didnt spend so much time 15min to days at a time unable to
get routing off our 137.24 net thru our net 26 VAX .
