I'd like to thank Scott for all his comments, and everyone else
too.

At this point, I don't think I can add any more because I 
don't have the management experience Scott evidently has.

Also, I hope I was successful in not letting my anger from certain
personal situations dilute the value of any points I tried to make.
I read my postings over once a day for 2 days to try to weed
out the flames.

I feel this collection has reached an equilibrium now,  and
also now summer is nearing it's end I have more work to do!
So I must sign off........
