This is a request for experiences, positive and/or negative
with any of the following configuration management products:

	Aide-De-Camp Software Management System
	Software Maintenance and Development Systems, Inc.

	Change and Configuration Control (CCC)
	Softool Corporation

	EXPERTWARE
	Expertware, Inc.

	Network Software Environment (NSE)
	Sun Microsystems, Inc.

I am especially interested in ease-of-use, security, customer 
support, and the degree to which configuration management 
"feels" automated.  Comments on other tools are also welcome.

Please e-mail responses and/or summary requests directly to me.  
If there is sufficient interest, I will post a summary.

Also, please indicate whether or not you wish to be identified
